The Society for Popular Astronomy

One of two national astronomical societies that I’m a member of (the other being the British Astronomical Association). I joined in March 2005 (although I was a member back in the 1980s when it was known as the Junior Astronomical Society).

As well as having a helpful website they’ve also got an active bulletin board.
