Filter markup
Purpose
Used in my observing logs to refer to a filter.
Syntax
<filter type="Filter type ID">Descriptive text goes here</filter>
The value given for type should be consistent for each type of filter, the descriptive text can be anything. I tend to use the Wratten number for all colour filters and NDn for neutral density filters.
Examples
I next tried the <filter type="#56">#56 green filter</filter>.
